A lesson drawed from a travelling

Today I want to write an article on travelling which I had experienced. For most people travelling is a good thing that they can not only enjoy themselves in it but also can keep them away from high pressure and so on. However,as long as I was concerned, the travelling I underwent last holiday did not give any pleasant to me at all,quite the opposite, it gave me something unforgettable.


I was a freshman of He nan university of finances and economics, a university far from my hometown, SiChuanprovince. So I had to travel a long distance to get to my university,you know this kind of travels are always monotonous, because the destination of the travel was university.Last vocation, I faced the difficulty of getting to university all by myself, what is more,the worst thing was that I had lost my student card before buying my ticket. At first took it not serious thinking that even if

I would not buy a half price ticket I can buy a full price ticket, but the consequence was not I expected. As soon as I arrived at Cheng Du railway station,I went to my ticket,but to my dismay,so many people were waiting there and hoped to get a precious ticket .But there is a favorable policy that if you were a student you can get a ticket easily by your student card ,but I lost it .With no choice ,I had to stand lone line to get my ticket .I queued several times,but each time I gave up in the half way. It was a hard thing for me to do,because I was frozen for the wind blew strongly time to time ;I was hungry for I had nothing to eat.The an other reason I gave up was that I had no patient for I had to stand many hours without any moving .And every time after I gave up I would regret because as soon as I left the queue ,the queue moved madly, as if the god ways playing a joke on me .I recalled clearly the longest time I stood was 5 hours, during that time the queue without any moving ,but no sooner than I left the queue all the people were moving ,so I had nothing to do but cry .Of course ,I got vein although I had been queuing all the night .Fortunately, I got a ticket next day with the help of a classmate of mine who is studying near Cheng Du railway station .I finally got to my university.

This is the unforgettable travelling I have experienced ,and from which I can draw a lesson .As the old saying goes:'' Where there is a will, there is a way.''once you set out to do something ,you must have sufficiently stong-will,if you give up in the half,you will achieve nothing ,there no doubt.From then n on ,I make up my mind to anything without giving up,and I will stick to it until success.

Adversity---The Stepping-stone To Seccess

There is no life without difficulties. Everone of us should face difficulties in life,there is no exception.Therefore,as a matter of course,many people lose heart when they are in face of them and get into depression and then never stand up again,so that they always achieve nothing in their life. But today l want to say that adversity in life is helpful to a person so as if you treat it correctly.
It is known to all of us that Stephen Hauking, one of the greatest scientists in the world is disabled,but what he has achieved in his life is more than many other healthy people. When he was told that he had a rare and incurable desease he was so sorrowful ,just like many other people, exprienced a time of depression, thoug-t that there is nothing to live for. But during that period of time, he kept thinking and finally realized he must live out his time span and do some worthwhile to the world. Beside, just at the same time a important person appearance also stumila-ted him to keep alive, Jane Wilde his first wife.For Hawking, it was Jane who gave something to live for.So Hawking got out of depression gradually and became abs-orbed in his reseaches. Although his healthy condition rapidly worsened,it had h-ardly had any effect on his work and progress on it.Let us imagine that if Hawking did not experience this adversity, maybe his contribution to the world would much less, because it is adversity which forced him to become more and more str-ong, so that he overcame it in the end. In the other words, it is adversit that make him become one of the most famous scientists.
It is known to all of us everythiny contains two sides, advantage and disadvant-age, so does adversity. The diffience between common people and great men is that the great men can not only make good use of advantages but also disadvanta- ges. They can learn something useful from difficulties or failures. For example, Thomas Edison, the greatest inventor in the 21 centrary, holder of 1093 invention patents.When he invented light bulb, he experienced thousands of failures,but he never gave up. Everytime he learned from the failure and saw the light of hope
through it. For ten years of persisting, he secceed and gave the lighting to the world. For another instance, Beethoven, a German composer, lost hearing after
growing up.He was extemely anxous about it for it possible to effect on his career as a musician. But he muster up courage to strugle against many difficulties and then overcame them. In the end, he developed the west classical music into a new top level and became the most excellent composer up to now. In my opinion, no
man becomes famous without experiencing difficulties and failures, in a certain
sense, it is adversity in their lives which plays an important part role in their
seceess.
The way ahead of us is so long that it is common for us to encounter with diffic- ulties. In the face of adversity in life we should have an optimistic attitude toward it. However, for the most of us, the question is not that we are not afaird of difficu- ulties themselves but of treating them correctly."We are the master of our fate,
and we are the captain of our soul.'' As long as we have an optimistic attitude and strong will to fight against frustrations, we can have a glorious before us. Only if we can take a lesson from what we have experienced and become much stronger and stronger, can we cherish the hope of seccess.
In the end,I want to bring my artical to a conclusion by presenting a sentence :
The adversity could be the mather of seccess so long as if we treat it correctly.
